| 抄録(和) | FPGAはユーザが任意の論理回路を生成できるデバイスであり,様々な分野でのハードウェア化による高速化に利用されている.本研究室では,そのようなFPGAを複数有するリコンフィギャラブルコンピュータシステムと,FPGAに対する管理機能であるRC-OSの研究開発を行っている.本稿では,合議制アルゴリズムのコネクト6を評価アプリケーションとして用いて,複数FPGAをプログラミング可能な資源として有するRC-SYS1上でRC-OSを稼働させたリコンフィギャラブルシステムについての評価を行った.その結果,RC-OSは合議制アルゴリズムの実装を行うのに十分な機能を持っており,提供機能を用いることで単体アプリケーションから合議制に対応するための記述量を8割近く削減できるようになることがわかった. |
| 抄録(英) | FPGAs which allow users to create arbitrary logic circuits are used for speedup of the processing in many fields. We have been researching and developing a reconfigurable computer system (RC-system) which consists of host computer and some FPGAs and RC-OS manages the FPGAs. In this paper, we use connect 6 application using parliamentary algorithm to evaluate the reconfigurable system RCSYS1 with RCOS which has multiple FPGAs as programmable resources. RCOS has enough functions for implementing parliamentary algorithm applications. Using the functions, it is possible to reduce the codes which the user has to write to realize parliamentary algorithm. |
