Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, we propose speaker recognition system using phase spectrum for noisy voice with lack of high-frequency bands. It is extremely difficult to recognize a speaker by the voice which is recorded by security camera or IC recorder in a conventional recognition system using power spectrum. Our proposed system aims to recognize a speaker by the voice using cross-correlation between phase spectrums. We improved window function for phase spectrum and limited phase spectrum corresponding to faint power one. From our experiments, we confirm that the proposed system can recognizes 8 persons out of 12 ones in database and has no false acceptance error.
