Abstract(in English) Point distribution model of organ surface can be represented by graphical model. The experimental result in this article will estimate the structure of graphical model by using graphical lasso. Estimated structure will represent the statistical dependence between each corresponding points generated to the organ surface. This statistical dependency will change by normalization method of the learning data. In this article, we compared how the structure of the graphical model will charge by the method of normalization method. One of the method is using costa to normalize learning data. On the other hand, we located landmark to the organ and normalized the learning data. We constructed the each of the graphical model and compared them by the means of point distribution model. The experimental results are reported in this article.
