| 抄録(和) | 日本のITSは、1970年初頭から交通安全を主眼に様々な研究開発と実用化がなされ現在に至っている。昭和45年度(1970年)の交通事故死者数は16,765人と最も死者数が多い時代であった内閣府のIT戦略本部が2000年に設置され、e-Japan戦略により2012年交通事故死者数5,000人以下を目標としたが、既に2009年に4,914人と目標を達成している。現在、ITS中長期計画の中では2018年に2,500人以下を目指している。ITS Japanでは、ITS総合戦略2015・新中期計画を立て、安全性、環境負荷軽減、利便性向上、地域活性化、基盤整備と国際化の観点から種々の具体的施策、研究開発・実用化、さらに持続可能なモビリティの実現に向かって次世代ITS:ITS長期ビジョン2030を推進している。本講演では、これらのITS中長期ビジョンの概要に触れ、中でも環境問題と防災・災害に視点を当て述べる。環境問題はCO2削減による地球温暖化対策の一環として全世界・地球的な課題である。また、防災・災害対応への課題は、3・11東日本大震災を経験し未だ半年の状況であり、復興対策と共に早急に進めるべきテーマである。 |
| 抄録(英) | ITS in Japan, up to now has been the development and commercialization of a variety of research and a focus on traffic safety since the beginning of 1970. In fiscal 1970 of traffic fatalities were the most dead people and there are many times 16,765. Was established in 2000, the IT Strategic Headquarters of the Cabinet Office, e-with the goal of the traffic fatalities below 5,000 by 2012 Strategy Japan, which achieved the target in 2009 and already 4,914 people. Currently, in the long-term plan aims to ITS is less than 2,500 in 2018. The ITS Japan, 2015 ・ new medium-term strategic plan integrated ITS, safety, and reduce environmental impact, convenience, local activation, various specific measures in terms of infrastructure development and international commercialization research and development, toward the realization of next-generation ITS for sustainable mobility more: Vision 2030 is to promote the long-ITS. In this paper, we touch the long-term vision of ITS in these summary, we apply a perspective on disaster prevention and environmental issues in particular. Global environmental problems are global issues as part of global warming by reducing CO2. In addition, to support disaster prevention issues are still experiencing the earthquake situation in eastern half 3.11 theme, proceed immediately with the restoration measures. |
