| 抄録(和) | 本稿では,自律性を有し始めた自動化システムに対するユーザの過信を論ずる.過信の問題は,30年以上にわたって問題視されてきたが,未だに解決策が確立したとは言えない状況にある.本稿では,過信に関連する概念を整理するとともに,過信を論ずるための信頼のモデルを提案し,さまざまなタイプの過信があることを指摘する.さらに,過信を抑制する技術について考察する. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper discusses human operator's overtrust in automation which is becoming highly autonomous. The issue of overtrust has been discussed more than 30 years, but it could be said that we are still struggling to find a good measure for avoiding overtrust. This paper proposes a model of human trust in automation for discussing overtrust. On the basis of the trust model, the paper points out that there exist multiple types of overtrust. The ways to avoid or reduce overtrust are also discussed. |
