Abstract(in English) The International Conference on Optical Fiber Sensors (OFS) is the major conference in the world for optical fiber sensor and related technologies. The OFS-21 was held in Ottawa, Canada, May 15 to 19, 2011. In OFS-21, 363 papers were presented, and 400 people attended the conference. A workshop entitled "A Look Back and Current Fiber Sensor Applications and Technologies " was held on the first day of the conference. This report summarizes the statistics and the outline of the OFS-21.
