Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes an economical and practical phase detector with sub-picosecond resolution for use in educational fields. In order to attain superior reproducibility, the phase detector is designed to use commodity CMOS logic devices, and to eliminate adjustable parts in hardware. The design notes including Jisso area, and procedures and results of the performance verifications without use of special equipments are reported.
