| 抄録(和) | ReevesとNassが様々な実験の結果より示唆した,ユーザの無自覚な通信技術への社会的応答(Social Response to Communication Technologies:SRCT)という現象について,あらゆる場面における実証的な検討やヒューマンコンピュータインタラクションのデザインへの応用が検討されている.しかし,理論面の再検討はあまり進んでいないと考えられる.そこで本稿では,ReevesとNassがSRCTを示唆するに至った理論的背景を振り返り,まずSRCTはどのように理解されてきたと考えられるかについて触れる.そしてSRCTの理論的背景において重要な位置を占める進化心理学の視点から,現在の研究におけるSRCTの位置づけについて批判的に考察する. |
| 抄録(英) | The phenomena of social response to communication technologies (SRCT) has been suggested by Reeves and Nass based on various psychological experiments. Researchers has been attempted empirical evaluation of the SRCT in various situation and application to human-computer interaction design based on the SRCT. However, there has been little theoretical discussion on the SRCT. In this article, the author mention theoretical background which Reeves and Nass claim as a basis of the SRCT first. Second, researchers' understanding of the SRCT is explained. Next, the author introduces evolutional psychology which forms most of theoretical background of the SRCT, and discuss the problems of the SRCT based on evolutional psychology. |
