Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The phenomena of social response to communication technologies (SRCT) has been suggested by Reeves and Nass based on various psychological experiments. Researchers has been attempted empirical evaluation of the SRCT in various situation and application to human-computer interaction design based on the SRCT. However, there has been little theoretical discussion on the SRCT. In this article, the author mention theoretical background which Reeves and Nass claim as a basis of the SRCT first. Second, researchers' understanding of the SRCT is explained. Next, the author introduces evolutional psychology which forms most of theoretical background of the SRCT, and discuss the problems of the SRCT based on evolutional psychology. |
