| 抄録(和) | テレビ番組の字幕(Closed Captions)は,聴覚障害者にとって情報保障の柱の1つである.総務省は,テレビ番組への字幕付与に関する行政指針で,生番組へのリアルタイムでの字幕付与を目標としている.しかし,東日本大震災の地震直後のテレビのリアルタイムでの緊急放送では,必ずしも全ての番組で字幕は付与されていないという課題を残した.今回は,基本調査として,リアルタイム字幕がどの程度の精度で付与されているのかを調べるため,スポーツの生放送番組(サッカー,大相撲,野球,ゴルフの4番組)における字幕を収集し,番組の音声と字幕との比較を文字数,要約率,速度,内容の保持率の点から行った. |
| 抄録(英) | Closed captioning for TV programs has been one of the important measures to ensure the equal information accessibility for the hearing impaired people. According to the guidelines announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, closed captioning should be done to most of live TV programs, however, in reality, some of the emergency TV programs were broadcast without closed captions in the aftermath of the Great East Japan Earthquake. We have conducted basic survey on how accurate real-time closed captions of live TV programs are, in terms of the number of characters, summarization rate, speed as well as retention rate of the content of the programs. |
