Abstract(in English) A new wavelength selective switch (WSS) is fabricated using a two-axis micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) mirror array. This WSS has port selection, hitless, and attenuation features by controlling two-axis mirrors. Suppression of one of the property degradation "Rabbit Ear" and temperature-dependent-loss are achieved by mirror control.
