Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Sub-nanowatt circuit techniques for wireless sensor-node operation with a nonowatt energy harvester are presented. Issues for utilizing nanoampere current are discussed and a two-stage power management circuit is studied. Sub-anoampere operations are described for diode-connected-MOSFET voltage detection and MEM S-switch-assisted power management circuits. A sub-nanowatt vibration sensing circuit with a mechanical-charge-pump architecture is shown.
