Abstract(in English) We propose a spatial mode demultiplexer based on High Contrast Sub-Wavelength Grating (HCG) hollow waveguide. Each transverse modes can be demultiplexed by adjusting the incident angle dependence of top HCG mirror reflectivity. A possibility of a spatial mode filter with radiation ratio of 13.5dB and 4 channel spatial mode demultiplexing is predicted. The size of the proposed spatial mode demultiplexer is less than 1mm^2. Thus, this scheme would be useful for mode division multiplexing for optical interconnects.
