Abstract(in English) We report the fabrications and measurements of the polymer multimode optical cross waveguides of the nano-hybrid silicone. The laser direct drawing method for fabricating the tilted polymer multimode optical cross waveguides and the multiple optical cross waveguides was adopted. The insertion loss and the cross talk of the cross waveguides are measured and discussed.
