Abstract(in English) In this report, the flow controller of communication networks is formulated in terms of networked control systems, and the control processes for the flow of communication networks and its dynamics mechanism are analyzed. The performance evaluation of flow processes of communication networks based on the model of networked control systems is carried out by network simulation.
