| 抄録(和) | ロボットサービス実現の一例として,商業施設でのサービスロボットenon活用の取り組みを紹介する.サービスロボットenonは,人との共存環境で様々な実空間でのサービスを行うことが可能なロボットとして開発した.これまで,サービスロボットenonをショッピングセンターに置いて,様々なロボットサービスを実施し,現状では,販売促進を支援するサービス(販促サービスと呼ぶ)がもっとも適したサービスであることがわかった.ここでは,販促サービスの設計,実装,実証実験について説明する.販促サービスを実現するに至った理由と実現するための課題について論じ,RSNP(ロボットサービスネットワークプロトコル)を利用した解決方法について述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | We introduce activities to take advantage of Service Robot "enon" in shopping mall for an example of robot services. Service Robot "enon" was developed as a robot that can provide real services in coexistence with humans. Previously, we placed "enon" to the shopping mall, and we tried a variety of robot services. Therefore, we found that the promotion service is most suitable. In this paper, we explain the design, implementation and demonstration of the promotion service. We discuss the reasons for choosing the promotion service and the implementation issues, and we describe how to resolve them using Robot Service Network Protocol (RSNP). |
