| 抄録(和) | 地上デジタル放送やIPTVなど映像サービスに関する技術革新にともない,映像視聴のスタイルが多様化している一方で,聴覚障がい者の映像アクセシビリティへの対応が課題となっている.本研究では,聴覚障がい者と聴者の家族の団らん視聴における問題に着目し,その解決を支援する映像視聴インタフェースの構築を目指す.インタビュー調査の結果からは,声のトーンや音量,BGM,効果音などの字幕にならない音声情報をもって番組を視聴する聴者と,それらの情報がない状態で視聴する聴覚障がい者との間にコミュニケーションギャップが生じていることがわかった.そこで,字幕にならない音声情報を疑似表現することにより,コミュニケーションギャップを解消することで,団らん視聴の質の向上に取り組んでいく. |
| 抄録(英) | People's video viewing styles are diversifying by engineering innovation for video services, for example digital TV broadcasts or IPTV etc. On the other hand, video accessibility for people with hearing disabilities is still an important task. We work on the problem from which hearing impaired people and hearing people are suffering when they enjoy the video contents together. The interview shows that there is a communication gap between hearing people they have the audio information such as tone or volume of voice, BGM and sound effects and hearing impaired people they have no such information. We try to assist hearing impaired people and hearing people to enjoy the video contents together through resolving the gap by representing such information spuriously. |
