Abstract(in English) | Novel transmitter and receiver optical sub-assembly applied by the electron beam cross-linking technologies for trancepearent resin was developed. VCSEL and PD can be directly mounted on the lens which were inserted the electrode lead , by a thermal die bonding. The alignment accuracy +/- 5.0um of the die bonding was achieved by the direct observation method through the lens to the optical device. Compact size and low cost optical sub-assembly module which has high efficiency of an optical coupling between an optical device and an optical fiber was realized. We successfully demonstrate the 1Gbps transmission test using the optical sub-assembly and MM fiber. |
