Abstract(in English) | In this report, a new analysis method for signaling pathway networks is proposed in terms of communication networks. The issues of network architecture, simulation, and performance evaluation are discussed. As an example of the application of information network model designed based on the bioinformatics mechanism of the signal transduction processes of cells, a nature-inspired network flow control method is discussed as well. |
