Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We describe high frequency characteristic of QOS (quasi-one-junction SQUID) working as a 1-bit comparator. In transition curves obtained experimentally, the width of gray zone takes minimum at 20GHz. Transition curves include several steps suggesting that there are some operation modes in QOS. The widths of gray zones become wide at frequencies higher than 20GHz. Numerical analysis shows that the cause of this is repulsive interaction between pulses.
