Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We study toward loading superconducting filter be able to realize low insertion loss and sharp skirt characteristics on base station for next generation mobile telecommunication. When superconducting filter is loaded on base station, it needs to miniaturize itself because some filter is loaded on a cryo-cooler. Therefore we design filter with G-spiral resonator specialized miniaturizing resonator, and attempt to obtain high performance by constructing Cascaded Quadruplet filter with cross coupling and setting resonators away each other to decrease unneeded cross couplings. Then we fabricate designed filter with NbN thin film is easy to process details.
