Abstract(in English) We measured frequency response of half-wave voltage V_π and chirp parameter α_0 of LiNbO_3 modulators below 1 GHz range using optical heterodyne scheme with an acousto-optic modulator. We observed strong dependency of V_π and α_0 on the frequency.
