| Abstract(in English) | With the development of the Internet in recent years, various e-Learning systems are introduced in the Universities. However, However, their use does not necessarily proceed from reasons such as the cost, contents copyright and user's problems. In fact the blended learning combined with traditional lecture and e-Learning is lectured in the Universities. This paper propoese the new blended seminar support system. In this system, the sound in the seminar is saved in the database and the seminar reports are made by using the bulletin board system with the meaning tags. Then the communication status in the seminar is visualized and easily understood by the participants. |
