Abstract(in English) In this paper we introduce a multi-band transmission and receiving method for direct-detection optical OFDM (DDO-OFDM). With this technique we have successfully demonstrated the transmissions of 720- and 1200-km SSMF, respectively, at 214- and 117-Gb/s data rates.
