| Abstract(in English) | This paper presents a dynamic analysis of service reliability systems. Reliability characteristics for basic sequential service systems such as series and parallel systems are calculated. Especially, service availability is defined by focusing on attainment of the service goal. Some formulae of service availability for the basic service systems are introduced. They are almost the same as the formulae of availability on hardware systems. |
