Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We describe physics of the laser-target interaction on laser-induced stress waves(LISWs) in endothermic surface absorbing target. Laser induced stress waves were emerged by nonlinear processes depending on thermoelastic effects, laser ablation, plasma formation. In this report, key parameter Iλ,ντ due to wave length ,λ[nm], laser flux, I [GHz/cm^2], and laser duration time, τ[ns] was explained and then recoil momentum of shock wave was discussed. Thereafter, Acoustic signature of LISW in commercial carbon or natural rubber target was investigated experimentally, when a Lab type Q- switched Nd: YaG pulse laser (200mJ/pulse at maximum, 20ns time duration) was irradiated on it.
