| Abstract(in English) | We have been proposing a Distributed Data Driven Architecture (D3A), and putting system using it to practical use. This architecture can achieve a high processing performance Operations Support System in mobile telecommunications network. In this text, it introduces the feature problem in the transmission OSS and the contents of the approach for those problem solution.
