| 抄録(和) | 筆者らはISM帯における効率的な周波数利用や複数無線通信システム間周波数共用の実現に向けた,ダイナミックスペクトラムアクセス(DSA)を用いた無線通信システムの検討を行っている.ISM帯周波数共用技術の有効性評価に際しては,システム間干渉,隣接チャネル間干渉を適切に考慮する必要がある.しかし,上位層アプリケーションを含めた性能評価が可能な既存のネットワークシミュレータではこれらの干渉の存在は考慮されていない.そこで,筆者らはQualNetをベースに,IEEE 802.11gおよびBluetoothをサポートし,かつこれらのシステム間干渉および隣接チャネル間干渉の取り扱いが可能なネットワークシミュレータを構築した.本稿では本シミュレータの仕様を紹介すると共に,その性能評価例を示す. |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, the authors have studied a new wireless communication system based on dynamic spectrum access (DSA) for efficient use of radio resources and spectrum sharing among multiple wireless communication systems operated in ISM bands. In preparation for the comprehensive performance evaluation of the DSA system, we have developed a network simulator supporting multiple wireless systems and adjacent channel interference based on QualNet. It includes IEEE 802.11g and Bluetooth Version 2.0 + EDR as wireless communication systems, with their more detail PHY processes comparing to traditional network simulators and basic MAC processes. This paper introduces the overview of the developed network simulator. In addition, some results of system performance evaluation assuming a coexisting situation of IEEE 802.11g and Bluetooth are shown. |
