Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The spread of mobile devices such as smart phones and the increase of data communications business have enabled the users to easily utilize mobile content delivery services. In addition, mobile cloud applications have been popular since they provide the mobile users with high performance computing services using computer resources over the network. From the user's view point, however, any appropriate quality-management scheme for services has not, as yet, been clarified. Hence, the service quality is not always satisfactory. This work proposes a video content delivery system to realize a user-centric service introducing page ranking values and user's sensibility information in a cloud computing environment. In this paper, the proposed system architecture will be shown, and the system requirements and issues to be solved will also be discussed.
