| 抄録(和) | 近年,無線通信技術の進歩に伴い,様々な環境において無線ネットワークが利用されている.しかし,無線の特性上,通信帯域の制約やフレーム衝突,干渉などの問題を解決しつつ,帯域拡大およびその利用効率の改善を実現する必要がある.本研究では,無線ネットワークの中でも家庭やオフィスなど幅広い環境で利用されているインフラストラクチャモードの無線LANにおいて,最小限のハードウェア変更で高い通信スループット性能を得ることを目指す.具体的に,提案方式では,基地局のみ複数の送受信機を装備し,各送受信機が異なるチャネルを1つずつ利用するマルチチャネル環境により帯域を拡大し,かつ隠れ端末問題を最小化するように無線端末のチャネル選択を制御することで衝突,干渉を減少させる.これにより,ネットワークの通信スループットおよびその公平性を向上させる.最後に,計算機シミュレーションにより提案方式の有効性を評価する. |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, due to remarkable progress in wireless communication technology, various wireless networks are becoming more available in many situations. However, the characteristic of wireless environment causes many problems like limited bandwidth, collisions and interferences of transferred frames. It is required to enhance bandwidth with effective channel utilization by minimizing the problems. In this paper, in infrastructure type wireless LAN, we achieve higher communication throughput with minimum increase of hardware complexity. Specifically, we increase bandwidth by introducing multi-channel environment where a base station has multiple transceivers and each of them uses a dedicated wireless channel. Moreover, in order to minimize collisions and interferences caused by hidden terminal problem, the base station controls the operation channel of each wireless station equipped with one transceiver. This proposal increases communication throughput and its fairness between wireless stations. Finally, we show the effectiveness of the proposed method by computer simulation. |
