A study on designing of mobile network parameters based on handover success ratio

Abstract(in English) Proper setting of operation parameters is important to guarantee service quality of mobile networks. In this paper, methods and programs to optimally design operation parameters are described. They optimize the handover margin and the antenna tilt of base stations among various operation parameters, respectively, maximizing the handover success ratio, which is obtained from the radio received power from each base stations.
