Abstract(in English) Now, traffic creates a lot of victims every year. Thus, any action to decrease amount of accidents was conducted every year. In consideration with experiences of the past traffic accidents, improvement has been made of traffic restrictions and upgrading traffic roads and safety of cars. Also, drivers were required to obtain correct traffic information and to drive carefully. However, it is a problem that drivers do know less traffic emergent information directly relating to traffic accidents.
