| Abstract(in English) | The most significant point which food processing machineries are different from other general industrial machineries is to be required meeting requirement of hygiene aspect simultaneously with safety for workers. It is necessary that a movable guard is installed at product contact surface where workers access frequently, in order to satisfy safety aspects. It is indispensable to consider strictly which not only safety aspect but also the requirement relevant to hygiene aspect, when installing a movable guard at product contact surface. In this paper focus on a cam-operated position detector, and discusses the safety which includes hygiene. |
