Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Since the ripple regulator has the good transient characteristics for the large load current change, it is widely used for the POL power supply. Ripple regulator change into the frequency for the load. Therefore, it is necessary to make it constant frequency to operate in multi-phase. However, duty ratio is limited because sub-harmonic oscillation occurs. In this paper, the proposed methods prevent the sub-harmonic oscillation without slope compensation.
