Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Cancer is one of the diseases with highest death rate. The difference between cancer tissue and normal tissue is cell distribution. In the study, we use the ellipse template and the edge process to extract the cells from normal tissue image. We propose one-step matching scheme and improved calculation of matching rate. As the result, We find that it is efficient when threshold of gradient of cell extraction is 5, and matching rate is 40~55%.
