Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We demonstrate 20 Gb/s W-band QPSK transmission over the air. Optically synthesized 20 Gb/s QPSK signal with RoF technique is converted to the radio signal using direct optical upconversion technique with a high-speed photodetector. Transmitted W-band radio signal was detected and demodulated with a W-band digital receiver. The observed bit error rates was achieved 10~6 with a distance of 30 mm.
