Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a dissimilarity of videos considering visibility for the purpose of improving the accuracy of the similarity retrieval of plasma videos. The proposed dissimilarity is based on the ability of human eyes in distinguishing videos according to their frequencies. The retrieval accuracy is experimentally evaluated by using plasma videos obtained through fusion experiments in National Institute for Fusion Science. The experimental result show that adjusting the weights of the frequency bands, which are dominant in calculating distances, could improve the accuracy of the retrieval.
