| 抄録(和) | 嗅覚により空間再現を行う際には,香りの分布,匂い源の方向定位が重要であると考えられる.しかし,人間の鼻孔は左右があまりに近い位置に存在しているため,嗅覚のみで匂い源の方向定位を行うことは困難であると考えられる.そこで,香りの媒介となる風に着目し,鼻先における風覚の方向定位が,香りの方向定位に繋がると考えた.本研究では,香りの方向定位の足掛かりとなる,頭部前面における風覚の水平角分解能を測定した. |
| 抄録(英) | For spatial representation by olfactory sensation, distribution and orientation of smell source are important. However, it is considered to be difficult to find the orientation of smell source only by olfaction, because right and left nostrils of human nose are very close to each other. Hence, we considered that wind conveying the smell might be important for smell localization and the orientation of wind direction might be related to find the orientation of smell source. We measure horizontal angular resolution of wind direction at the frontal region of head. |
