Abstract(in English) | A dynamic Gaussian process-based algorithm is proposed for predicting a gene regulatory network structure of mouse clock genes, which regulate circadian rhythm. The proposed algorithm attempts to capture nonlinear dynamics associated with gene expression values with Bayesian non-parametrics. Implementation was performed by a Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC). |
