| 抄録(和) | 東日本大震災では,東北地方の太平洋沿岸部に甚大な被害があった反面,内陸部は比較的被害が少なく,早い時期に復旧に着手できた.情報システムは,社会や企業のインフラストラクチャであり,過去の震災を通して安否確認システムや事業継続計画の立案など災害への対応を進めてきた.さらにソーシャルネットワークやクラウドコンピューティング,携帯機器の普及や情報セキュリティ対策の浸透は,これまでの震災時と大きく異なる情報環境の違いである.これらの情報システム,特に最近急速に変化している情報環境が今回の震災の中でどのような役割を果たし,どのような課題が明らかになったかを振り返ることは,社会インフラとしての今後の情報システムを考える上で重要である. |
| 抄録(英) | The 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake caused serious damage in the Pacific coast of the Tohoku district. The inland in the Tohoku district had comparatively little damage, and has started restoration early. An information system is an infrastructure of the activity of society or a company. We have realized the system at the time of disaster, such as a safety check system and business continuity plan, through the past earthquake disaster. An information technology progresses greatly from the past earthquake disaster, and new information technology is appearing. The technology is a social network, cloud computing, a portable/mobile device, and an information security. In this paper, I consider the role and problem which these newest information technologies performed in this earthquake disaster. It is important when considering the future information system as a social infrastructure. |
