| 抄録(和) | 気道や気管の閉塞によって肺換気機能が低下する無気肺の症状を,電子聴診器によって収録される呼吸音信号から観察することを検討した.通常の聴診において無気肺は,正常時に比べて呼吸音の音の大きさの低下や,左右の同一部位での音の大きさの不均衡などから発見されるが,医師の主観的な判断に基づくものであるため,呼吸流速計や血中酸素濃度計など客観的指標が用いられてきた.本報告では,収録した呼吸音信号のパワースペクトルの時間累積値と肺換気量との関係を求め,実際の無気肺患者での適用例を示す. |
| 抄録(英) | In this report, we tried to detect the atelectasis from the respiratory sounds recorded by electric stethoscope. The atelectasis is the condition of lung under the lack of gas exchange within alveoli, due to alveolar collapse or fluid consolidation. In case of conventional auscultation, the atelectasis is found from the decrease of respiratory sounds, and the sounds of right and left side lung are irregularly balanced. We aimed to this auscultation diagnose objectively. We assume that the cumulative sound powers of auscultation sound relate the air-flow volume of the respiratory, and show the power spectrums of auscultation sounds in several cases of respiratory types. The results show that the left-right symmetry of the sound's powers decreases in the atelectasis cases. |
