Abstract(in English) | Recently, the ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) wireless communications system has been developed in order to realize the safety driving support system, such as the target system of ASV(Advanced Safety Vehicle) and SMARTWAY in Japan. The ITS wireless communications system is divided into the RVC (Road to Vehicle Communications) system and the IVC (Inter Vehicle Communications) system. The QoS (Quality of Service) control technology in RVC systems and IVC systems is one of the core technologies and makes it possible to ensure the required performances concerning the real-time characteristic and the data transmission in the safety driving support system. At present, more attention is paid to the current products of the Smart Grid system and EV (Electric Vehicle). The future products based on the ITS wireless communications technologies would be shifted from the safety driving to the comfortable driving without a traffic jam and the gentle driving for earth environment. Under the recovery works from Great East Japan Disaster around the Tohoku district, the rolling blackout and the lack of gasoline supply severely affects the activities of manufacturing company and our daily life in Kantou district area. The prior issue is that the conventional services of electricity, gas and water should be reconstructed new lifeline infrastructure considering traffic and communications networks in terms of disaster prevention. Every researcher and engineer should make a technology innovation in order to produce new products in future worldwide EV generation, considering the Market-in and Product-out concept which is a fast rule in success of their business. |
