Abstract(in English) | Many methods are suggested and developed for rotation angle measurement. For instance, optical measurement system, resolver, magnetic counter, and so on are often used. The method has often high accuracy, but it is very expensive and the size of the system is too big for setting up at narrow space. In this study, we suggest a new method, which is cheap and has comparatively high accuracy, by using distortion printed spiral inductors. |
