Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The number of wavelength in a fiber increases with advance of WDM technology. However, the issues are complexity and cost because of the size of optical cross-connect when the number of wavelength increases. It is suggested that architectures of OXC which switch waveband path. The waveband path is grouped several wavelength paths with a part of the same links. This paper investigated the impact of three grouping method on decrease of OXC. This investigation was evaluated with various case of traffic volume and the parameter of waveband.
