Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We would like to introduce a common mode filter built-into the multilayer boards. High-speed signals are distorted by differential mode attenuation of harmonics. This filter inductors forming a ground layer with a layer relative to the differential lines, and using the difference between differential and common mode impedance of each resonance. This filter differential mode attenuation is small, it is advantageous for high-speed differential interface.
