Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) MIMO-OFDM enables high-speed wireless communication, and is employed in IEEE802.11n and IEEE802.11ac. This work has developed video transmission unit by cooperating hardware and software in wide- band MIMO-OFDM wireless systems. In the wireless transmission part, video coding-decoding processing, streaming packet processing are performed by the software, and MIMO-OFDM modulation-demodulation, the error correction processing are executed by the hardware. We considered an optimum scheme about the program and the buffer processing circuit which sends data from the software to the hardware. This paper reports the structure of the video transmission part and the result of the video transmission evaluation.
