Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) With the rapidly growing deployment of high performance mobile terminals such as smartphones, multitasking becomes one of the popular usage styles when we use mobile services. In general, users don't always pay his/her attention to all services in terms of the progresses of those services during multitasking. Thus, it can be expected that the service control can be performed as keeping user satisfaction with the service at high-level by allocating computer and network resources to the specific service to which the user's attention directs. In this paper, as an initial consideration for establishing the service control method considering multitasking, we report the investigation results of the user's behavior for multitasking.
