Abstract(in English) | Electromagnetic and circuit simultaneous analysis is important issue in recent very small and high speed circuits. The authors studied implementation of an electromagnetic (EM) simulator based on FDTD and FDFD method into the circuit simulator SPICE. In the formulation of FDTD method, time derivatives were remained throughout, which is treatable in SPICE simulator. Models for FDTD analysis in SPICE were proposed. For verification of the FDTD and FDFD formulation, 1-D model with absorbing boundaries on both ends with electric current excitation at the center is examined. |
