Abstract(in English) In the development of digital AV equipment, increasing frequency of signal of AV equipment are progressing by advancing in image technology and digital network, and countermeasures of EMC problem are getting difficult. So, it is expected to develop high-accuracy-EMI-simulation added LSI electronic-characters, we can do by EMI-simulation added LSI electronic-characters by using LSI-models such as LECCS model, but there are few company which can submit LSI models and it is difficult to get LSI-models. In this paper, the authors created easily inner core model of LSI and validated this modeling method. Futhermore, the authors developed EMI-simulation by using linking simulation with electro-magnetic simulation and circuit simulation and validate this simulation method
