Observation waveguide for gazing inside during microwave irradiation

Abstract(in English) When using microwave energy for the chemical reaction, it is desirable that the wide inside area can be directly observed to confirm the progress status of the reaction at any time. In this research, we created the observation waveguide for gazing inside through the mesh structure without leaking microwave during irradiation. We wish to reports that the distribution of temperature on the flow reactor, the leakage of the electromagnetic power and the educational use for visual explanation of the microwave.
